Personal Assistant to Senior Vice President

My client, an international technology leader is now looking for an assistant to support the Head of Marketing in Berlin. They are urgently looking for someone who is able to start immediately.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting one of the Executive Business Leaders in a fast paced, dynamic environment. This role is responsible for providing a proactive, efficient support as well as taking on responsibility for key projects in the areas of process optimization, team deliverables, analysis, planning and events/meetings.

 

  • Maintains, arranges and proactively prioritizes the Executive’s diary, coordinates travel arrangements and expenses submission
  • Managing the Executive’s e-mail inbox 
  • Coordinates and arranges internal and external meetings as well as projects 
  • Preparation of internal presentations in close collaboration with the Executive
  • Participation, capturing meeting minutes and actions including follow-up
  • Coordinates and handles correspondence with stakeholders 
  • Liaison with support functions 

 

 

Your Profile:

  • Education as Secretary/Assistant or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in a global / international environment
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English and German - both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, team orientated philosophy
  • Strong problem solving skills, able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Proven experience to work in a multicultural, international environment
  • Ability to operate with self-initiative in ambiguous/dynamic situations
  • Experience prioritizing in complex, fast-paced environment while maintaining commitments to deadlines
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to build a strong internal network
