EMEA North Sales Director

EMEA North Sales Director

An established, US SaaS company in the ERP/CRM space (field service management) with market leading products and services, is offering a great opportunity for an experienced IT/Software/SaaS Sales Director to lead a team of best in class Enterprise Account Executives who are based in the UK and all over the EMEA North territory.

The plans for European growth are ambitious but with solid foundations, approved investment and a structured plan; no winging it with unrealistic expectations here. That's not that they're a dry, corporate bunch; plenty of fun and teamwork is encouraged and coaching, support and development delivered.

The primary responsibility is to lead the Account Executives into driving sales revenue in the territory and developing the pipeline and foundation for future growth. Our client is looking for someone who will create, own, mentor and nurture the hunter-culture of the Sales team, very much focused on new business/new logo acquisition through all available channels and tools. The successful candidate will be required to attend the Quarterly Business Reviews and Sales Strategy meetings and will contribute to the overall strategic direction of the region and devise and execute a cost-effective operational approach that supports this. The new Sales Director will contribute and support the overall plan to deliver the territory's short and long term goals. This is a strong leadership role and requires expertise to demonstrate this on a situational and strategic basis. There will be a lot of travel involved as well.

The rewards are what you'd expect for selling a high value, enterprise product/service; competitive base, double OTE's and other benefits. Just as rewarding will be the creative, positive leadership and team that you'll work with. Enterprise SaaS sales; if that's you, get in touch asap, it's urgent!
If you can identify with all of the above, please do contact Haris B. Bates (h.bates@eurolondon.com , 44 (0)207 029 3799) for more information or simply apply online; the role is live.

Haris Bajric Bates

Team:  Sales & Marketing
I specialise in:  Senior Sales and Marketing Appointments
Languages:  (Swiss-) German, Bosnian/Croatian
I started working at Euro London in:  2018

Growing up in a Bosnian family in the Austrian Alps, switching from one language to another came quite naturally to me very early on and made learning new languages rather easy for me.  English quickly became my favourite foreign language which later led me to the US where I lived and worked for 5 years. There I got my first taste of Recruitment and made a career of it after my return to Austria. I moved to London in 2016 in order to join my wife, a native Londoner. Altogether, I’ve got 11 years of Recruitment experience under my belt and lots more in Sales and Marketing.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time in nature, skiing is one of my favourite hobbies, I also love Delta Blues and a cold beer…

If I were a famous person, I would be: Duane Allman, the greatest Blues Slide Guitar player of all times. Why? For standing on stage and “ripping” it up!

Fun fact:  One day, doing sales calls in the countryside outside of Chicago, I got lost and was chased off a property by an Amish man with a shotgun in one hand and the leash of a barking Doberman in the other…
