Are you an experienced Buyer with strong language skills in German? Do you have a knack for negotiating and sourcing the best deals? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a German speaking Buyer in Cambridge.

As a German-Speaking Buyer, you will play an important role within the Supply Chain Department. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing stock of products and materials whilst liaising with suppliers to ensure the best possible value for the company. The ability to speak German will be beneficial due to the company operating in Germany.


Key Responsibilities:

*Identify suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability and business needs
*Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs
*Monitor market trends to anticipate changes in supply and demand
*Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information on MRP system
*Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any issues that arise


Requirements:

*Fluent in English. Fluent German will be a huge advantage
*5 years of experience in as a Buyer/Purchaser
*Level 5 CIPS Qualified
*Familiarity with procurement software and tools
*Ability to analyse market trends and data to make informed decisions
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
