German Speaking Operations Specialist

We are working with a leading Membership Organization and they are looking for a German speaking Operations Specialist. Your role would comprise events delivery/support, service operations and delivering customer services of the highest level to their existing and potential members, partners and staff. You will also be assisting with key projects and assisting the operations manager to motivate the ream and support colleagues.

The role itself is in central London - right in the heart of the city!
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Salary will be the equivalent of between £28-32k per annum depending on experience.
This a temp to perm role


- Managing and resolving customer, sales and partnerships cases
- Data entry
- Troubleshooting technical issues,
- Events and hosting:
- Some shipping and logistics,
- Onsite registration and web hosting for digital events
- Answering phone calls and emails about products, services etc
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Passing leads
- Assisting with events
- Leadership
- Project and process assistance


*Fluent to native level in German given the nature of the role.
*Fluent English speaker
*3 year minimum of experience in a customer service, sales support, or help desk role. Ideally B2B.
*Extensive knowledge of CRMs - ideally salesforce
*A team player
*Excellent problem solving skills
*Excellent numeracy and Excel skills
*Ideally candidates will have experience in financial industry
