Their team of developers works tirelessly to upgrade the products and sales teams exceed their sales targets, hence why they need more people to strengthen their customer success teams and ensure the clients get the most of their software.
For you to become the subject matter expert and provide clients with detailed knowledge and exceptional service, you will spend 4 weeks in their HQ in the US, receiving training and getting ready for the challenge!
Not only you will work in multilingual, international team but also you will get the chance to travel abroad and meet with your clients face to face.
Your main duties will include on boarding new clients, familiarising them with the software, training new users, answering their queries and helping them out through their journey.
We are looking for energetic, passionate individuals and if you have the following, we definitely want to hear from you:
*2-6 years of software training, on boarding, account management or technical customer support experience;
*Strong relationship building skills;
*Strong work ethic and drive.
