On behalf of our client, we have a fantastic opportunity for a fluent English speaker (ideally with additional language skills in any Nordic language) to join a great, well known international company based in central London. The company has a fantastic reputation and the team gets on very well.

This great (permanent) opportunity offers you a variety of tasks in a truly exciting environment.
You will be working in a beautiful office in a well known company specialising in the financial sector in central London.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and ideally any additional Nordic language

Tasks:
*Arrange very complex diary management for several Senior Managers
*Organise video calls and client meetings, events and make sure they run smoothly
*Holiday/ sickness cover for colleagues when needed
*General admin support
*Support first line IT support when possible
*Extensive expensive management
*Prepare Power Point presentations and work with Excel spreadsheets
*Further admin tasks can come up
Experience:
*Fluent to native level English and any Nordic language knowledge is an advantage
*Previous experience assisting a senior management team in a corporate or legal environment
*Great IT skills, especially within Word, Excel and Powerpoint are needed in this role
*Exceptional organising and interpersonal skills
*Confident communicator who is pro active and able to work under very little supervision
*Amazing interpersonal skills
*Able to work under pressure

You will work 40 hours per week between 09:00 am to 18:00 pm.
The salary on a permanent is between £35k to £45k p.a. depending on experience.
