Team Leader, Data Admin - preferably French or German speaking

Our client is the largest global funds transaction network. They are looking for the Team Leader - preferably French or German speaking. This role sits in the Data Administration team in their London office located in the City, just a few minutes walking distance from Bank station.

The tasks:
Maintenance of static data used within the system.
Investigating and resolving data issues.
Identification of mappings and relationships between organisations identified within different datasets.
Working closely with other teams to agree priorities and resolve issues.
Balancing requirements arising from client and product driven initiatives with ongoing BAU tasks and duties.
Building trust in our data by striving for completeness and accuracy.
Working to KPIs.
Managing a team, who will also be responsible for the above, where required.
Communicating and monitoring the objectives and deliverables of the team.
Providing each team member with ongoing guidance and support.
Production of management information on team activities and processes.
Ensuring all processes undertaken by the team are documented and adhered to by team members.

The right candidate:
Strong experience in working with databases, as well as a solid team management skills.
Familiarity with common operational controls in addition to setting and monitoring KPIs.
Knowledge of the financial sector and the organisations involved within it is required, and the mutual funds industry is preferred.
Extraordinary organisational skills proven in the fast paced environment.
Ability to build relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and to work with minimal guidance to tight deadlines.
