Customer Success Manager

Our client is an international software company working in the field of CRO (conversion rate optimisation), which involves optimising your website and conversion process to get people visiting your homepage to take your desired action, i.e purchase a product/ service, leave their contact details, download a demo etc.

Due to growth in the DACH region, they are now expanding and recruiting a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region to join their growing team in Cologne.  If you are a passionate client services and account manager, this could be the role for you!

Permanent Position / Cologne

 

Your new duties and responsibilities

As the new Customer Success Manager, it will be your responsibility to manage the existing client base and build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with your customers. You will guide and advise the clients on how to best use the software solution.

Once the customer has purchased the software and the solution has been implemented, your role will be to:

  • assist with the onboarding of the client
  • undertake the training of the software to your accounts
  • be the first point of contact for your accounts
  • support the clients in creating and implementing campaigns
  • analyse and identify new areas for optimisation
  • build long lasting relationships with your accounts
  • collaborate closely together with sales, account management and the technical teams

 

Your profile

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Ideally University degree in Business, Marketing, IT or an equivalent education
  • Experience in a similar tech/ software client services/ account management role
  • Ideally have experience and interest in digital marketing
  • Have knowledge or experience in CRO – conversion rate optimisation
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Experience in holding presentations to clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and good English
