I'm working closely with one of the world's largest online gaming companies. Based in central London, they have an exciting new temp project lasting between 2 and 6 months.
Successful candidates will be supporting online gamers from the German market.
Are you curious how your day would be? You'll be challenged everyday!
-You will be the master of this platform: Dealing with all queries, complaints and assisting the online gamers.
-You will be dealing with customer on a daily basis and contacting them via different channels such as: Phone, E-mails and Media platforms.
- You will be dealing with troubleshooting and player's deposit issues
-You will be liaising with internal departments as well as external business partners.
The ideal candidate will:
-be fluent in English and German given the nature of this role
-have previous experience in the gaming industry would be desirable
-be an excellent communicator! This is absolutely key to this position given that you will be a customer service advisor.
-have exceptional attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills
-have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high quality standard of work
The important stuff!:
Location: Central London
Job status: Temporary - available for 2 - 6 months depending on the business needs
Pay rate: £10.00 basic rate per hour
Start date: 4th June 2018
Working hours: Full-time 40 hours per week. Evening and weekend work will be required so full flexibility is needed for this role!
