French speaking Customer Service Representative (SMJM337154)

Euro London Appointments are working with a market leading manufacturer of health and safety equipment for the food & beverage industry. They are seeking a fluent to native French speaker with experience working in a fast-paced customer service role to join their team in Lincoln.

As part of an international customer services team, you will be the main point of contact for French speaking customers and will be responsible for the entire order to cash process. You will make sure the entire customer journey is smooth as possible.

The ideal candidate will be...
- Fluent to native level in French
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in a b2b customer care role
- Comfortable with all order management processes
