So what's the job? You will essentially work as a customer service advisor providing technical support over the phone and email to German speakers. There will also be an element of translation with the job, in addition to trouble shooting. Requirements: - Fluent German is ESSENTIAL - Experience in customer service (however can be retail or office based) This is a company who are willing to be patient and will completely train up a candidate who they believe is worth investing time into.
