Customer Experience Specialist with German - Finance sector

I am now working with a financial institution that is everything but traditional. This company is helping small businesses with their finances and they are now looking for a great communicator with German language who will be taking care of their clients. If you want to be there for the clients throughout this journey, apply now!

You will be supporting your clients and with that you'll develop a great relationship with small and middle businesses in Germany. You'll be also in daily touch with your internal teams to provide them with any financial documents they might need from your clients.

In this role you will also be:
-Supporting clients with their loan applications
-Getting in touch with clients in case they have signed up for company's services so you can guide them through the process
-Providing information to clients about the complex products and services
-Handling calls in order to get all the needed information for the loan-approving process
-Supporting the German market
