-Responsible for daily operations and ensuring the department capacity and keep service levels.
-Increase the customer satisfaction scores.
-Managing a multilingual team, control their performance, development and HR administration.
-1-2 year's previous Team Lead/Supervisor/Management experience
-Leadership and management skills
-Quick learner, solution-oriented and problem-solving skills
-2ND language will be a bonus.
-Night shift experience is also preferable but not essential.
