Dutch or Spanish speaking Service Desk Analyst

Are you a Dutch or Spanish speaker with customer service/technical support experience looking for an exciting new opportunity in Peterborough? Then this is the job for you!

Our well-established client is currently looking for Dutch or Spanish speakers to join their new and exciting service desk team in Peterborough.

Your main responsibility will be to provide first line technical support for our clients' IT services. This will be done over the phone/email and you will be expected to follow up with clients to ensure that any issue as been resolved.


Requirements:
*fluency in Dutch or Spanish
*Customer service / call centre experience
*Technical / IT experience (not essential, but hugely advantageous for your
application)
*Outstanding communication skills
*Eagerness to learn and be part of a fast paced environment

  • German or French Service Centre Agent An exciting opportunity has arisen for a German or French speaking Service Agent to join an International team based in Peterborough. The Department: The transformation of our business has seen us deliver a high-tech, high-touch experience for our customers. Now we're embarking on the next stage of our transformation programme. Fluency in German or French (and English ) is essential. You will need to demonstrate your experience of working in a Customer Services environment as well as excellent communication skills.
