Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Are you a Dutch speaker in or near Buckinghamshire looking for new opportunity with a company that not only offers fantastic benefits, but also offers excellent opportunity for progression?

We have a new exciting opportunity with one of our clients for a candidate who is able to speak fluent Dutch and has solid customer service experience. The client not only looks after their employees very well, but also offers a competitive salary with a 10% bonus every year.

- Fluent Dutch
- Office based customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work successfully in a team

Your main responsibility will be to resolve and log incoming enquiries via email, telephone and live chat. You will aim to take possession of this enquiry or issue and make sure you follow it through to a resolution. You will also be expected to:

- Find trends in problems
- Escalate queries to the relevant department/team
- Ensure that incoming queries are properly logged

This is not a technical position but we are looking for someone with experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
