Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

The job is based in a an easily accessible location in Leicester and are offering a candidate to work on both a part-time or full-time basis.

So what's the job?

The job is a large mix of customer service and translation. You will primarily be responding to queries from Dutch speakers to ensure that customer issues are responded to in a timely and professional manner. You will also be translating documents and data in Dutch to relay to the English team. This means that your English and translation abilities must be exceptional for this position.


Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch is ESSENTIAL.
- Experience in customer service preferred(however can be retail or office based)
- Experience in translation preferred
