Your responsibilities will be:
- Communicating with customers over the phone, emails and live chat
- Helping resolve customers' queries regarding the products
- Actively reaching out to customers after they've placed their orders
- Working on how to improve customer experience
- Administrative tasks related to orders and customers' emails
What you'll bring:
- Fluent German/French and English language is a MUST as you'll be in daily contact with customers from Germany/France and the UK
- Previous experience in a similar position - customer service, retail
- Experience working towards goals
- Previous exposure to online retail would be an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
