We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading online retailer of pet food and supplies, based in Central London, who are looking for a French-speaking Customer Care Advisor to work on a hybrid basis, going into the office only twice per month.

Your duties will include answering customer queries in relation to orders by phone, email or live chat; general admin; deliveries and returns; liaising with couriers, amongst other things.
Fluent French to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role and some experience in a similar role is desirable, along with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
