French Customer Success Manager

Joining an established start-up Non-Profit organisation as a Customer Success Manager, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of the Non-Profit market! So, whether you have experience in this field or are someone who is passionate about charity work and have worked in a client-facing role, this is not an opportunity to miss!

Your duties will include B2B customer support to their clients and finding solutions to their queries, as well as assisting with any issues, onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships,

Fluent French to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role and an interest in the Non-Profit sector is a must! Experience in a similar role is needed, along with great problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
