German Customer Service Representative (Relocation to Portugal)

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a company that provides customer support / tech support for various other companies around Europe. They are looking for German customer service agents to move to Lisbon and join their office-based team!

They offer a full relocation package, covering travel and accommodation when you arrive in Lisbon!

Your duties will include answering customer queries in relation to orders by phone, email or live chat; general admin; deliveries and returns; liaising with couriers, amongst other things.

Fluent German to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role. Some experience in a similar role is desirable, along with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
