German speaking Account Manager

We are looking for a German Account Manager candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the Tech/Client Services position. The right candidate will take care of each valuable customer and quickly assess their needs and work to address those needs efficiently. The Account manager role will consist in attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

Location: London, Old Street - London Office based (minimum 3 days a week)
100% remote customer contact - phone, video call, email
Working hours: 9am-6pm / 1h Lunch break or 30min

Contract: Permanent

Salary: depending on the experience £36,000 - £40,000

Job functions:
1.Speaking to B2B
2.You will lead the overall management of our most valuable business segmentation of customers
3.You will resolve customer cases and tasks daily
4.You will share data with restaurants to change behavior and drive adoption
5.You will enthusiastically work closely with customers to drive engagement on the OpenTable platform and increase reservation availability
6.Respond to restaurant partner concerns from our Customer Support and field teams
7.Perform presentations and training remotely to restaurant customers
8.You will inspire customers to think differently about their business in ways that will help both parties achieve success
9.You will consistently meet and exceed regular team and individual goals
10.Reduce churn
Know limitations and when to should ask for advice
Own the resolution to the problem; don't leave the customer hanging
Accurately and efficiently log all contacts in our CRM (Salesforce)
Train restaurant staff, encouraging greater use of the system, as well capturing and reporting customer feedback

About You:
Interpersonal skills, and passion for providing excellent customer service
Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication
Restaurant/ Hospitality experience (or even just being a "foodie") is desired
At least a couple of years' experience providing customer support would be ideal - preferably in a software support environment
Knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems
Knowledge of iOS and Apple Hardware
Working knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), networking infrastructure, switching and routing is a plus, but not required
Experience with the use of support desk tools like Salesforce, Communities, live chat would be great
Proficient in both English and German
