We have a new exciting opportunity with one of our clients for a candidate who is able to speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese and has solid customer service experience.
You will be working only 4 days a week, 4 double shifts from 13.00 to 01.00
- Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese
- Office based customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work successfully in a team
Your main responsibility will be to resolve and log incoming enquiries via email, telephone and live chat. You will aim to take possession of this enquiry or issue and make sure you follow it through to a resolution. You will also be expected to:
*Act as a main contact for Asian clients in planning their ground transportation needs
*Allocate international journeys to the appropriate service partner and ensure a smooth service delivery
*Provide pro-active customer service at the highest standards
*Providing quotations for both UK and International journeys
*Supporting Tristar's US and HK offices
*Working across different departments to ensure smooth handling of client requests
*To be the primary point of contact for live customer issues and respond immediately to real time exceptions relating to "live" bookings
*To report all issues thoroughly to the International Supervisor and suggest preventive measures for future occurrences, ensuring that incident reports are comprehensively completed with all relevant information
*To place prior to travel calls ensuring the vehicles for our clients are on location before the collection time
*Adhoc administrative tasks
