Multilingual Customer Service Advisor

Customer Services Agent - 6-8 Weeks - Oxford

Worksite Location: Oxford

Title: Business to Business Customer Service Representative

Our client is a leading travel review company and they are seeking a temporary worker for 6-8 weeks to start on Monday 17th June.

This is a full time role and hours would be worked between 8-430 or 9-530
Hours: 37.5 standard working hours
Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch period
Pay Rate: 11 / hour

We are looking for candidates with ideally 1-2 years experience in customer services.

Ideally candidates will have:
- some experience in technical troubleshooting/tech support
- history in problem solving and customer support
- good communication skills
- some experience in banking or insurance would be beneficial
- fluency in English given the nature of the role

What You'll Do:
- Customer Care
- Responding to queries via LIVE CHAT and EMAIL
- B2B customer services
- Setting up new accounts
- Trouble shooting
- Booking or reservations questions
