German speaking Senior Client Relationship Manager (EMEA)

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Client Services Manager. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our mission to deliver exceptional client satisfaction across the diverse EMEA market.
Responsibilities:
- Foster and nurture robust relationships with clients across EMEA.
- Act as a point of contact for clients to resolve any issues and maximise satisfaction and
retention.
- Work closely with Account Executives to implement strategy and exceed targets.
- Ensure the delivery of customer service of the highest standard.
- Ensure effective client onboarding in order to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with the finance department to provide insights into available resources.
- Oversee the process of contract negotiation and renewal.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and national legal requirements across EMEA.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of performance indicators and data collection.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to identify and justify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate across all departments to ensure effective communication and delivery of
services.
- Resolve any conflicts empathetically and professionally.
Requirements:
- Business degree or relevant field of study
- Over 5 years of experience dealing with client relationships across EMEA.
- Ability to travel to sites in Cambridgeshire and Germany.
- Extensive knowledge of EMEA markets and business practices.
- Demonstrable skills in communication, conflict resolution and problem solving.
- Ability to critically analyse business processes and contribute to team service
improvements.
- Aptitude for data analysis.
- Fluency in English essential; German and other EMEA languages desirable.
- Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time to sites across EMEA.
