Swedish Speaking Customer Support Manager - Insurance

My client is a well-known business providing insurance products in the UK.
After their great success in this market they have decided to expand into the Swedish market and therefore they are now looking for a team leader to guide their customer support success.

Working normal office hours Monday through Friday you will be working with a brand new team full of energy and passion for customer satisfaction in their lovely office in Haywards Heath.

Duties:
*Supervise and support eh team to make sure that the best service is provided at all time and helping the team reach the assonated targets.
*Help the team priorities tasks and duties, being involved in training for new staff.
*Maintain an excellent communication within the team to insure that everything is up to date with new products and procedures.
*Complete quality audits to assure that high customer service standards are met. Making sure that customer's feedbacks are followed up and considered.
*Set up and manage individual and team objectives and development plans.
*Liaise with colleague across the business creating a good harmonization.

Requirements:
*Native level of Swedish in both written and spoken
*Great communications skills in both English and Swedish
*A minimum of 2 years of previous experience within insurance

Package:
*£27-£35K pa salary
