We are currently recruiting for a Trilingual Customer Service role near Chippenham. The client is looking for trilingual speakers of Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and German. This role is office based and located in a new modern office with a gym and canteen on site.
The company has recently enjoyed huge growth and is expanding its operations across Europe. The salary for this position is between £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience. There will be a bonus based on company performance as well as a family and friends discount scheme. Full training will be provided to familiarise employees with company products and systems.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full customer service cycle in your language specific regions.
Assimilate product knowledge in order to respond to customers' queries efficiently.
Communicate with customers professionally via phone, email, and live messenger.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers across the UK and Europe.

What we're looking for:

Trilingual ability including English and two other European languages listed above.
Ideally some previous customer service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence in IT skills.
Ability to exceed targets.
