Facilities Coordinator – Province of Parma (Italy)
(English required – some weekend availability needed)

Euro London Appointments is bringing an exciting opportunity for you to join a renowned international retail destination in the Province of Parma as a Facilities Coordinator working with their local Facilities team and having close contact with the UK office. This is a great opportunity for someone with early experience in facilities or real estate who enjoys working in an organised, people-focused environment.

The role is part of a small on-site team working closely with the Senior Facilities Manager. You’ll maintain accurate asset data in Planon, support daily site coordination, and use your analytical skills to help inform decisions on the sustainability and long-term management of assets. Please note that the role requires some weekend availability in line with commercial opening hours.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and updating asset data within Planon and the internal Information Management System.
  • Supporting the Facilities team to ensure coverage during commercial opening days (including some weekends).
  • Building positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and service partners.
  • Preparing operational reports and metrics for management.
  • Identifying issues, helping resolve them, and contributing to risk mitigation.
  • Assisting with the review of risk assessments and method statements.
  • Contributing ideas for continuous improvement in facilities operations.

What we’re looking for

  • Around 12 months’ experience in facilities management or a similar real estate environment.
  • Understanding of assets typical of a retail or commercial setting (buildings, equipment, services).
  • Experience in luxury retail, hospitality or commercial environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Planon or another FM/CMMS platform.
  • Awareness of safe systems of work.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); Italian language skills are naturally important for daily operations.

What’s on offer

You’ll join an inclusive and people-focused organisation that offers a competitive salary and a well-structured benefits package covering lifestyle, physical and mental wellbeing, plus social initiatives and team activities.

If you’re detail and analytical-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a guest-facing retail environment – including some weekend shifts – we’d be happy to share more and guide you through the process.
