IT Recruitment Consultant / Business Development

Our client is a well established and successful recruitment consultancy specialising in IT contractor recruitment (SSII). They are looking to further expand their offices in Sophia-Antipolis on the French Riviera and are looking to hire a Recruiter /  Business Development Executive. 

Opportunities exist to develop clients in the IT, engineering, digital and data analytics sectors.

The role suits recruitment consultants who are passionate about sales and are interested in building their own client base (as well as developing existing accounts). This is a 360ᵒ recruitment role where you will identify, prospect and develop your own client base and then manage the full recruitment cycle for your clients. You will develop business across France from Monaco to Montpellier to Toulouse to Paris. 

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Recruitment experience in the IT / engineering markets, ideally in an SSII environment
  • Proven track record of building a client base from scratch
  • Able to over achieve recruitment sales targets
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, passionate about sales, good team player

 

Salary: 26K€-32K€ basic  + commission (package approx. 50K€ )

  • Our client, an international Purchasing Company for food retail chains, is seeking a Junior Franchisee Support Manager, based in their office in Lieusaint. You will coordinate the day-to-day supply chain activities with the distribution partner to ensure the smooth flow of stock though the supply chain to franchisees. You will host and present various Franchisee-facing activities that help drive engagement and satisfaction levels of Franchisees in France.
