Digital Project Coordinator - 4-6 month contract

Our client, a well-reputed international organisation, is looking for a  Course Manager for their Online Progammes Department  (maternity cover contract, minimum 4 months, likely extension to end September).

The Online Education Department cultivates and harbours critical knowledge and capabilities, via customized online programmes. The on-line programmes are developed for external companies and are attended by their employees.

The main purpose for this position is to deliver online programme runs. You will focus on execution of projects whilst maintaining excellent standards of delivery and client management.

You are not required to have educational content design skills but are required to have digital project management skills.

Role based in Fontainebleau.


Main tasks include:

  • Deliver several programme runs of online programmes to clients and their employees
  • Build external relationships with clients to successfully understand their requirements and adapt to new programmes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Executive Education, Degree Programmes, Faculty, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Admissions, etc.)
  • Follow up with participants and clients before, during and after the programmes
  • Contribute to business innovation projects to evolve the offering


The ideal candidate for the position should have the following profile:

 - Experience in online marketing coordination, project coordination, digital technology (e.g . web-based or app-based technology).

-  Under graduate degree

- Skills required :

o Fluency in English. French is a plus but not essential

o Project management skills preferred (planning, process oriented, execution…)

o Good communication skills

o Knowledge of web-based technologies

o Digital curiosity/interest
