Order Management Rep - Bilingual Spanish / French

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Spanish / French Order Management Representative within their international customer service team based in Maurens-Scopont, Tarn (40 minutes drive from Toulouse).

Candidates must have a car as the offices are not accessible by public transport.

This is a varied role with responsibility for a range of activities verifying and entering orders, responding to customer enquiries, maintaining excellent relationships with customers, supporting the sales team, etc. Customers are typically hospitals and clinics in Spain.



  • Prove proactivity in resolving customers issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction 
  • Respond timely and efficiently to customer enquiries via different communication channels
  • Process customer orders in compliance with company policies and practices
  • Monitor effectively a portfolio of order with potential partial shipments and backorders
  • Manage customer returns and credit notes
  • Provide information on products and prices  to internal and external customers
  • Actively work with sales team to support the business growth
  • Maintain pricing ( documentation and in the ERP)
  • Effectively engage with external and partners, and internal departments including finance, technical support, service, sales, marketing, and other departments
  • Actively engage in the continuous improvements within the Customer service team according to quality and Sarbanes Oxley standards and in the KPI follow up


Profile required:

  • Experience in a fast paced Order Management role
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems as well as MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bilingual Spanish / French (English is a plus)



Salary: 23-25K€ + participation, mutuelle, tickets restaurants, retraite etc.
