This is a client focused role. Your clients are mainly in the financial services, corporate or legal arena

This is a great role for a candidate who has recently graduated from university ideally with a business focused degree and has some client services experience. An interest in Technology and how it will shape the future of financial transactions is important.

The Role: After a period of training on the technology and how to support clients using it your role will involve onboarding of clients and manging relationships. You will be the key go to person for new clients when they have any issues using the system.

You will be supporting German clients so fluency in German is essential. English is also required.

You will follow up with clients and ensure they are happy and feel supported.

You: You have recently completed your studies and have had some client focused experience. This role is all about attitude, so enthusiasm and interest for Technology is essential. Everything else you can learn. Fluency in German and English is essential.
