Assistant (m/f) Workload Planning Team

On behalf of a renowned insurance company we are currently looking for an

ASSISTANT (m/f) Workload Planning Team

to start 01. Dezember 2018.

The role will initially start with a 6 month contract with the possibility of take-over.

YOUR JOB:

  • support the Work Assignment team in the Field Engineering Department with workload planning
  • main responsibility: match jobs for the field engineers to field engineer’s skills and assign visits to the appropriate person
  • calendar management
  • establish working partnerships with internal clients and colleagues
  • create, edit and assign orders in the internal system
  • run and analyse reports and statistics

YOUR PROFILE:

  • MUST HAVE: Experience in calendar management.
  • You’ve already worked in an international environment and you know how to deal with clients in a professional manner.
  • You know Word, Excel and the other MS-Office programs very well and you are familiar with using them in a professional context.
  • You are very hands-on and confident to not only do the legwork but take the daily business into your own hands.
  • You have great communication skills and you are able to prioritize and make decisions.
  • You speak English and German fluently. An additional language is a plus.
