Our client is a global facilities management company offering a broad range of services, including facilities development, construction, operation and consultancy. They are currently looking for a new full-time facilities coordinator for their location in Frankfurt city centre.
The facilities coordinator is a problem-solver, someone to alternately assist in facility management, run the reception desk, deal with day-to-day client issues and help with office management. Your new duties and responsibilities
As the new Facilities Coordinator, you will work closely with the Assistant Facilities Manager in a four-person team to ensure the smooth operation of a 130 head office. You will work on-site Monday to Friday between the core hours of 8.00 to 18.00 (40 hours per week).
