HR Specialist - Coordinator European Payroll

 

Der Job:

  • Sicherstellung der europäischen Payroll in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Leistungsträger
  • Ansprechpartner für Sozialversicherer, Behörden und Payroll Anbieter
  • Beratung und Betreuung der Mitarbeiter europaweit hinsichtlich steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Compliance
  • Fehlzeitenverwaltung
  • Reisekostenabrechnungen für alle europäischen Länder
  • Überwachung und Steuerung des internen Verrechnungssystems
  • Erstellung von Statistiken und Reports
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stellen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten

 

 

Die Anforderungen:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung, idealerweise internationale Erfahrung
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in  MS-Office, sowie mit gängigen Gehaltsabrechnungsprogrammen
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, hohe Fehler- und Kostensensibilität
  • Flexibilität, Kontaktfähigkeit, Wissbegierde und starke Kundenorientierung
  • Kontaktfähigkeit und starke Kundenorientierung
  • selbständige Arbeitsweise,
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
