HR Manager – responsible for 80 employees
This role is covering the entire range of HR tasks:
Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organisational Effectiveness, Training & Development, Compensation Planning and Employee Communications.
You will be working in Frankfurt as the HR Manager and reporting to the UK. Your responsibility covers about 70 employees to take care of and take charge in the areas of:

This role requires a solid understanding of all HR matters, contracts as well as consulting employees and being a constructive interface between the company and employee’s interests. Therefore, you should have good mediating skills and understanding of peoples needs. As this role is within an international organisation, it would be an advantage of having worked in an international company/ environment before. Fluency in English and German is a must!
You should have a minimum of at least 3 years HR experience and you need to bring good client orientation skills, as well as team working skills and a positive working attitude. A relevant degree will be needed e.g. Human Resources Management, Economics, Development and Training or Psychology (BWL, Psychologie, Jura, Soziologie; mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal).
