HR Manager

Join the dynamic team in Eschborn as an HR Strategist & Culture Facilitator, where you'll play a vital role in linking our HR strategy to the company's overarching goals. You'll spearhead the improvement and design of our Compensation & Benefits systems while ensuring seamless implementation of the manpower recruitment plan in line with our business objectives.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision for a small team of currently 40.
  • Oversee and optimize the Compensation & Benefits systems for enhanced performance.
  • Design and execute effective recruitment plans in sync with the business roadmap.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new employees and handle resignation procedures.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture, driving continuous improvement.
  • Conduct comprehensive job analysis to create well-defined positions for recruitment, evaluation, compensation, and workforce planning.
  • Utilize computer systems to streamline company tasks effectively.

Oversee and optimize the Compensation & Benefits systems for enhanced performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR (HR strategy, HRM, C&B).
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office.
