This Human Resources Generalist role is covering all Human Resources Business Partner functions from A-Z with a focus on Germany and the Nordic Countries. You will be part of the local Human Resources team and report directly to the HR Manager.

 

The role:

You will be working in Frankfurt in a matrix based structure in a team of 4 other Human Resources professionals. Your responsibility covers the areas of:

  • Being a point of contact for all HR queries from line managers and employees
  • Advising staff and managers alike with all topics around hr , labour law, processes and internal guide lines.
  • Proactively being informed about local changes
  • Working toward continuous improvement of local processes and employee satisfaction
  • Together with the “Global Mobility” department, you will oversee the international processes of postings and secondments as well as transfers.
  • Working on European / local projects
  • This is a position where you will be making a great difference to the running of this company. As you notice there is a lot to do and for the right candidate – a lot of great challenges to be mastered!

 

Requirements:

This role requires understanding of all HR matters, contracts as well as consulting employees and being a constructive interface between company and employee’s interests. Your communication skills need to be confident, as does your knowledge of general and operational Human Resources. As this role is international, fluency in English and German is a must!

Ideally you should have a minimum of few years solid HR experience, international work experience, team spirit and a desire to make a difference to this organisation. A relevant degree will also be needed e.g. Human Resources Management, Economics, Development and Training or Psychology (BWL, Psychologie, Jura, Soziologie; mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal).
