Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen und Mahnungen
  • Abrechnungen, Prüfung und Umsetzung von Honorarvereinbarungen im System
  • Verwaltung der Mandate und Anlage der jeweiligen Projekte im System
  • Rechnungskontrolle und Datenverarbeitung
  • Erster Ansprechpartner in allen Fragen der Rechnungserstellung
  • Möglichkeit zur perspektivischen Übernahme von internen Trainingsaufgaben
  • Weitere administrative Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Bürokaufmann/frau
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
