  • Unterstützung in der Angebotserstellung im Rahmen von Projekten
  • Erstellung, Ausarbeitung und Prüfung von Dokumenten und Unterlagen
  • Terminmanagement, Einhaltung von Abgabeterminen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Präsentationen
  • Korrespondenz auf Deutsch und Englisch, idealerweise auch auf Französisch und/oder Spanisch
  • Organisation von Geschäftsreisen

Ihr Profil

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder eine Ausbildung zur/m Fremdsprachenkorrespondenten/in
  • Erfahrung in der Assistenz oder Sachbearbeitung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Spanisch
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Kenntnisse in InDesign und Illustrator von Vorteil
  • Sie fühlen sich wohl im Team und arbeiten gerne sorgfältig und strukturiert
