Administrative Assistant (m/f)

You love a mix of administrative tasks and client contact? The phone is your best friend? You like to provide some personal assistance to a Managing Director once in a while?


On behalf of a renowned Real Estate company we are currently looking for a

Administrative Assistant (m/f)

part-time / 20h per week

18 month contract



  • organize calls, meetings and conferences
  • calendar management
  • coordinate and manage travel arrangements and expenses
  • organize, process and file documents
  • process invoices (electronic & paper)
  • organize team events
  • correspondences in German and English
  • providing information to stakeholders and clients
  • provide personal assistance to the Managing Director


  • You have previous experience in reception, assistance, administrative tasks or something similar.
  • You are very enthusiastic about the real estate and investment industry.
  • You know Word, Excel and the other MS-Office programs very well and you are familiar with using them in a professional context.
  • You are very organized and you have an excellent attention to detail.
  • You are stress resistant.
  • You’re generally an outgoing person with effective communication skills.
  • You speak English and German fluently.
