Your main tasks:  

  • Leading a team of ca. 10 employee, including coordination of vacation, shift planning, etc.
  • Main site contact for guests (e.g. booking activities, day planning activities for adults, children)
  • Ensure the safety and hygiene standards of the events are met
  • Preparation of a diverse of reports to country manager
  • Order necessary materials to keep the site running

About you: 

  • Ideally you bring experience in tourism, hospitality, or sports management
  • 2 yrs experience in leading teams
  • Proactive and hands-on mentality
  • Exceptional communication in German and English

Your territory will be based in the North-East of Germany (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern & north Brandenburg).
