Our client, an international company located in central Munich, is looking for a

Jr. Team Assistant (m/f)

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting selected stuff and undertake a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties
  • Coordination  and organisation of international travel arrangements and meetings
  • Preparing presentations and documents
  • Independent administration as well as management of incoming correspondence
  • Planning and organising events, appointments and international travels
  • General admin and extensive calendar management
  • Responsible for the office petty cash
  • extra responsabilities

Your profile:

  • Fluent English and German
  • Previous experience in assistance positions in a bank, private equity company or similar industry
  • A completed degree/professional training or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Service mentality and team-orientated
  • Flexible and efficient
