Legal Assistant (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Partners in administrative activities
  • Collaboration with other departments
  • Manage diaries, arrange meetings and make travel arrangements
  • Preparation of documents and presentations
  • Preparation of meetings and minutes
  • General filing administration


Skills and abilities required:

  • Working experience as Assistant or as Office Administrator
  • Fluent English and English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proactive manner, flexible, take initiative, team player
  • Organizational skills, dedication, strong communication skills



  • Working in a multinational environment
