Recruitment Research Analyst (m/f)

German and English

Job Description

  • Sourcing candidates and initiating contact
  • Screening and interviewing
  • Mapping candidate pools
  • Using databases and internet searches to create contact lists
  • Gather information to input to databases and present research papers
  • Liaising with consultants
  • Identifying suitable candidates from their database
  • General office administration, office management and interview arranging

Your Profile

  • Graduated in Business Administration
  • Fluent German and English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Some understanding of financial markets with enthusiasm to learn the details quickly
  • Organised and methodical with good attention to detail
