This position can be done fully remote, with the ability to drive to your clients in any location.


Your tasks:

  • Identification and acquisition of potential key accounts
  • Acquisition of key accounts in Germany
  • Continuous assessment of customers and their needs
  • Development of individualized concepts, tailored to target groups
  • Manage your KPI targets and achievement of goals
  • Visit potential clients, Germany wide, to develop relationships and potential accounts


Your profile:

  • 4-6 years of experience with sales and customer acquisition
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC technology
  • Network experience with clients such as large chain grocery brands, gas stations, hotels, and hardware stores
  • Ideally completed studies or extensive experience in the field of building services engineering
  • Experience in project and tender business as well as dealing with office planning and plant constructors
  • Strong hunting personality
  • Fluent German and English skills
