French Speaking Recruitment Operations Specialist – EMEA

Location: Brighton - Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home 

Contract: Ongoing Temporary Contract

Pay rate: £16.60 p/h

Are you a French speaker based in Brighton area? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences and providing seamless support in recruitment operations?

A global leader in financial services is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Specialist to join their EMEA team based in Brighton.

How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient post-offer and onboarding experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and recruiters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Post-Offer and Onboarding Support: Assisting in providing a seamless onboarding experience, including initiating background verifications and supporting Day 1 activities.
  • Offer and Contract Process: Managing the offer and contract process for France and the UK, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handling non-requisition related administrative tasks such as contract addendums and amendments.
  • Process and Policy Documentation: Identifying and implementing changes to offer processes and updating policy documentation.
  • Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensuring all activities maintain high standards of data integrity and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Providing timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation Management: Scanning, uploading, and maintaining digital data efficiently and compliantly.
  • Email and Mailbox Monitoring: Managing emails and shared mailboxes to support timely responses or escalate issues as needed.
  • Regional Support: Supporting Recruitment Operations activities across various EMEA locations as required.

Who are you?

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively interact with candidates and internal partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Competence in performing administrative tasks such as document management.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Recruitment Operations administration, HR administration, or high-volume administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Italian or Spanish is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Experience with recruitment tools and technologies, particularly Taleo, is preferred.
