Dutch HR Advisor

Full-time office-based in South London with regular travel to Holland.

Our client's office has a friendly and approachable culture and a flat structure despite their size and they are looking for a commercially-minded HR professional to help them connect the Dutch office to work closer to the London HQ.



Candidate specification

You will be supporting both the Dutch and UK business within the group
Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English are essential requirements
Knowledge of Dutch employment law and practices is highly desirable
As part of the HR team, you will be driving the employee relations, to deal with employee casework including grievances, capability, disciplinaries, probation reviews, flexible work requests, absence management, consultations and HR projects
Oversee HR Apprentices / Administrators as required
Reporting to the HR Director, the ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 5 or above qualification


This role is ideal for a Dutch speaker who likes to travel to Holland as part of their role!

Our client is also happy to provide training for professionals looking to step up to an advisory position and the salary range will vary according to experience.
