A large international retail company are looking for a Dutch speaking HR Administrator to deliver system based and manual HR Services Assistance.
You will be the first point of contact at the HR Service Centre.
This international company are looking for someone who will take pride in working as a part of this team, getting involved whilst contributing and making suggestions to improve the service and the processes used in the delivery of the service.
*Logging cases onto the HR case management system
*Completing system based HR transactions
*Completing other manual transactions to ensure audit and compliance
*Prioritising transactions in line with customer needs
*Completing transactions with accuracy
*Identify opportunities for improvement
*Work on improvements with the HR Service Centre Team Leader
*Keeping documents and information that support the process up to date
Skills, knowledge, and experience:
*Excellent communication skills in Dutch- written and oral
*Ability to work accurately and quickly whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
*Attention to detail
*Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Oracle)
*Working towards CIPD would be an advantage but not essential
