An exciting and challenging working opportunity for the Mandarin Speaking HR professionals just laned in the market. A world-leading finance service group is looking for an experienced Mandarin speaking Payroll& Benefit focused EMEA HR Manager to bring the HR functions in house from the parent group and manage the HR department across EMEA. This newly set-up position comes along with a generous salary package.
The ideal candidate is someone:
*Fluent in both English and Mandarin
*Minimum 5 years related working experience
*Bachelor degree or above, Human Resources major or certificate is a plus
*Experience in building HR department structure and setting up HR strategies is strongly preferred
*Proven HR C&B or shared service centre support experience
*Finance service institution working experience is a plus
*Prefer to have HR system management experience
*Good logical thinking, data analysis capability, have good understanding about HR data management process
*Good cross-culture communication skills, empathy, warm-hearted, open-minded and willingness to learn
*As regional COE, conduct research and benchmarking for compensation & benefits market trend, design and implement C&B policies, processes and projects
*Manage all the payroll and benefit vendor selection, contract and daily operations for the EMEA region
*Maintain all the payroll systems and process paychecks timely and accurately
*Be the HR shared service line to all the regional employees including but not limited to payroll, benefit, insurance, leave, onboarding and offboarding, internal transfer, visa application, employment verification letter, etc HR related matters
*Conduct cost analysis, C&B data support, SOP set up, knowledge sharing and documentation
