We are seeking a Human Resources professional with Operations knowledge and strong business acumen for our Client's growing UK and European offices. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a solid command of all tactical and operational aspects of Human Resources and will be empowered to operate as a true HR advisor across a variety of business units. The successful candidate will also be called upon to act as a subject matter expert in the areas of UK and European employment law and best practices.



What You Need for this Position
*University degree in HR or related field required
*Progressive related work experience in a fast-paced and growth oriented work environment, experience working for a technology company preferred, but not required
*CIPD certification or certification in progress preferred
*Demonstrated knowledge of HR fundamentals and compliance experience with UK and European (Germany and Spain preferred) legislative requirements
*Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
*Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
*Able to work well with a team, including experience collaborating with remote teams
*Self-starter who is action oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency
*Ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment
*Proficient in Microsoft Office products
* Fluency in English and German.

About me: I studied European Business and Technology at University, which involved living in Germany for a year, studying and working;  so finding a role connected to languages and business was always going to be my goal. My career at Euro London has spanned from setting up the Call Centre Resourcing and Euro London “North” teams, to Internal Recruiter and Branch Manager for Windsor and Senior Manager. After taking time out to have my second child, I now work as a Consultant, recruiting for Clients across the UK and Europe.

Fun fact: I once lost a game of “fight your way out of the giant paper bag”, on stage in front of 1000 people, which made my daughter burst in to tears with shame.
